Job summary

Easterseals Southern Georgia is seeking an on-site leader at our Jesup, GA location to supervise direct-care staff and ensure compliant, high-quality care for residents. The Site Leader will coordinate trainings, meetings, and health tracking entries within Therap and related systems.

The role requires a High School Diploma (CNA preferred) with CPR/First Aid, and experience in disability services. This is a full-time, on-site position in Jesup, GA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA certification preferred.
• 2 years of professional work experience in disability services.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site staff to achieve organization vision and mission.
• Report employee concerns to Residential Manager or Director.
• Ensure property compliance with standards and regulations.
• Coordinate medical appointments and health tracking entries in Therap.
• Maintain resident records in Therap and other systems.
• Oversee staff training and monthly site meetings.
