This is a high-stress, fast-paced leadership role that is essential to maintaining quality care, strong team performance, and day-to-day operational excellence.

The Team Operations Director is responsible for the hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of community care staff. This leader plays a critical role in building a strong team by screening candidates for both skills and culture fit, holding team members accountable to community standards, and ensuring staffing coverage across a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week department.
