Job summary

Vitruvian Health in Georgia seeks an experienced nurse leader to direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing our nursing center.

Requires a Nursing Degree (or approved LPN program), an active Georgia LPN or RN license, and BLS CPR; nursing administration experience is preferred. Reports to the Director of Nursing Services and collaborates with the Administrator to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or is a graduate of an approved LPN program required as evidenced by primary source verification.
• Current LPN or RN License in the State of Georgia. American Heart Association BLS CPR required.
• Preferred experience in nursing administration.

Responsibilities

• Directs nursing care for the patients, and supervises the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
• Supervision should be in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations and as directed by the Administrator, Medical Director, and Director of Nursing Services to provide appropriate care.
