Villas of Holly Brook in Collinsville, IL, is seeking CNAs and RAs for full-time roles (30–40 hours per week). The position includes coordinating the resident care team, assisting with daily living activities, and participating in caregiver training and interviews.

• Must be competent in all caregiver tasks.
• Ability to coordinate resident care and staff.
• Strong communication with residents, families, staff and visitors.

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living.
• Coordinate staffing and assignments.
• May participate in caregiver interviews and training.
• Mentor caregiver staff and coach teams.
