Charter Senior Living looks for a compassionate Resident Care Coordinator to support daily operations of resident care services in our Murray community, overseeing scheduling, coaching, and performance of caregiving teams.

You will collaborate with the Health & Wellness Director to ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, and a positive environment for residents, families, and associates. Ideal candidates are caring, organized, and effective mentors.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living leadership preferred.
• CNA/LPN/Medication Technician certification or related healthcare experience preferred depending on state requirements.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of senior living regulations and resident care practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of resident care services within the community.
• Assist with scheduling, supervision, and support of caregiving staff.
• Monitor quality of care and resident wellbeing.
• Support onboarding, coaching, and performance development of care associates.
• Partner with the Health & Wellness Director to maintain compliance with community policies and state regulations.
• Communicate resident needs and condition changes appropriately.
• Assist with care coordination and implementation of resident care plans.
• Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Help foster a positive, team-oriented, and resident-focused culture.
