Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator in Alpharetta, GA to oversee resident care needs within the community. You will hire, train, supervise, and schedule Resident Assistants, CNAs, and CMAs, monitor care, and address resident and family concerns in collaboration with the Wellness Director.

The role requires an active LPN license with at least 3 years of clinical experience and 2 years in people leadership, plus strong communication and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Maintain a current active LPN license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct operation of the clinical department within community guidelines.
• Alert Wellness Director to changes in resident condition and track incidents.
• Assist Move-In assessments as requested by Wellness Director.
• Communicate with families via care plan meetings, emails and calls.
• Support families' social and emotional needs and encourage involvement.
• Monitor staffing hours and patterns to optimize coverage and efficiency.
• Understand and manage department budget impacts on community performance.
• Assist in hiring, training, and supervising clinical staff.
• Create clinical staff schedules and be on-call as needed.
