Job summary

The Addison of Alpharetta, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to support the Wellness Director and clinical team in an assisted living and memory care setting in Alpharetta, GA.

Responsibilities include ensuring compassionate care, scheduling with the SmartLinx app, managing PTO, recruiting staff, and enforcing company policies. Requires two years of supervisory experience and a QMA credential.

Qualifications

• Two-years supervisory/management experience with direct care staff.
• Qualified Med Aide (QMA) certification or credential.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and implements nursing policies and procedures in support of the Wellness Director and clinical team.
• Ensures delivery of compassionate quality care evidenced by adequate services and staff coverage for the facility, including scheduling using the SmartLinx app.
• Manages PTO requests for clinical staff and coordinates time approvals to support resident care scheduling.
• Assists with implementation and ensures all clinical employees follow Company policies and procedures, including benefit enrollment during orientation.
• Actively engage in recruitment and staffing activities to attract and retain staff in the community.
• Responsibilities and qualifications could vary per state requirement.

• Actively engage in recruitment and staffing activities to attract and retain staff in the community.
