Job summary

Spring Gardens Senior Living in Orem, Utah, is hiring a Resident Care Coordinator to lead front-line health services for our residents. The role requires a CNA and Med Tech certification, with prior assisted living or nursing home care experience.

You will join a compassionate team dedicated to excellent, personalized care. As a leader, you will manage caregiver/med tech schedules, coordinate with Home Health and Hospice, and ensure accurate medication administration while maintaining MARs and

• Must have current CNA, MED TECH CERTIFICATION and experience caring for elderly residents in an assisted living or nursing home setting.

Responsibilities

• Filling other gaps in Caregiver/Med Tech schedule, as needed fill in for regular shifts.
• Maintaining Caregiver/Med Tech schedule.
• Assisting with new hire training as assigned by the administration.
• Maintaining MAR, handling communication regarding medications, cycling medications, and maintaining an organized medication cart.
• Coordinating with Home Health and Hospice Companies.
• Organize and help with medical transports
• Maintaining shift change notes.
• Communicating regularly with administration.
• Fulfilling other duties as assigned by Head RCC
