Job summary

Aspen Alcove Clinton is seeking a compassionate Resident Care Coordinator to lead a caregiving team in our Clinton senior living community. You will oversee daily resident care, develop personalized plans, and coordinate with families and healthcare providers to ensure high-quality, individualized care.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience in assisted living, CNA/MedTech exposure, CPR/BLS certification, and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in assisted living, senior living, memory care, or a related healthcare setting.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or care coordination experience preferred.
• CNA or other healthcare experience strongly preferred.
• MedTech experience preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate, dependable, professional, and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day care needs of residents.
• Help develop, implement, and maintain individualized resident care plans.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure changes in physical, emotional, or behavioral needs are addressed and communicated.
• Communicate with residents, families, providers, home health, hospice, and other care team members.
• Supervise, support, and provide direction to CNAs, caregivers, and MedTechs.
• Assist with caregiver scheduling and staffing coverage.
• Interview, hire and train new care staff and provide ongoing coaching and education.
• Ensure resident care, documentation, and routine checks are completed accurately and consistently.
• Help coordinate resident pharmacy needs, physician orders, and other care-related services.
• Respond professionally and compassionately to resident and family concerns.
• Promote a positive team culture built on accountability, communication, respect, and quality care.
• Work with Administrator, Nurse, and department leaders to support operations.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

What You'll Do

Position Details

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Full-Time / Day Shift with flexibility as needed
Pay: $22-$25 hourly, depending on experience
