Responsibilities

• Lead move-in meetings and coordinate care with the Resident Care Director when clinical support is needed.
• Monitor changes in resident condition and ensure timely communication with families and providers.
• Partner with Dining and Activities teams to enhance the resident experience.
• Maintain compliance with QAPI, OSHA and regulatory requirements.
• Manage department budget, labor and expenses.
• Recruit, hire, train and coach care team members.
• Conduct performance reviews and promote team engagement.
