Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services in Boerne, TX, is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide for Town and Country Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. This full-time role provides routine daily nursing care in accordance with resident assessments and care plans.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with bathing, feeding, dressing; measuring and recording vital signs; observing changes and reporting to the Charge Nurse; and following all resident care policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Experience in a long-term care facility is preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily care such as bathing, feeding, dressing.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned by Charge Nurse.
• Observe and report symptoms, reactions, and changes to residents to Charge Nurse.
• Contribute knowledge of resident conditions/needs to resident care plans.
