Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides quality nursing care to residents in an environment that promotes their rights, dignity, freedom of choice and individuality.
• Identifies and participates in QAPI process or leave as area of development.
• Assists in daily requirements and tasks in care and treatment of residents, including ADLs and mobility.
• Maintains resident rights and confidentiality and documents all ADLs in EHR.
• Observes and reports symptoms, reactions and other changes promptly; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Ambulates and transfers residents using appropriate devices and body mechanics; report defective equipment.
