Job summary

RHA Health Services is seeking a Residential Unit Clerk Type: Regular to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health, and substance use challenges in a compassionate, person-centered environment.

The position offers a starting hourly rate of $19 and a daytime schedule from 8am to 5pm, with responsibilities including reporting changes to RN, basic patient care, vitals, and assisting with daily activities. Training and benefits included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible schedule and on-call availability to cover shifts as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Report changes in residents' condition to RN immediately.
• Record vitals like temperature, BP, pulse and respiration as instructed.
• Assist with dressing, nail care, toileting and lifting as needed.
• Administer medications per physician orders under RN delegation.
• Transport residents to appointments and activities as required.
• Ensure safety and report any accidents or grievances to RN.
