Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Care Associate to provide general non-certified routine services and to pursue training to become a CNA. The role focuses on resident support, daily living activities, and teamwork within a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with meals, housekeeping, and engagement activities, while maintaining quality customer service and safety standards. Training toward CNAs is emphasized in this program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services, including trash removal and making/changing unoccupied beds.
• Assists with all aspects of meal service, including transportation to dining room and tray delivery.
• Provides excellent customer service, companionship, and communication with residents by answering call lights promptly and engaging in activities.
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
• Attends and participates in a training program leading to certification as a Nursing Assistant (C.N.A).
