Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC seeks a Resident Care Associate to provide general non-certified routine services for Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living residents at Shelby Township, MI. This role supports daily living activities and coordinates with clinical staff to enhance resident comfort.

Experience is not required, but a High School Diploma or GED/HSE is preferred. The position includes benefits under Trilogy’s Thrive program and opportunities for growth within a caring team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and bed making.
• Provides resident assistance with activities of daily living including hygiene care, incontinence assistance, bathing and grooming.
• Assists with meal service including transporting residents to dining room and tray delivery.
• Answers residents call lights promptly.
• Checks on residents who cannot call for help.
• Assists clinical staff to help residents feel comfortable (hydration, seating).
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state guidelines.
