Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Vincennes, IN is seeking a Resident Care Associate (RCA) to provide general non-certified routine services while training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.).

You will assist with housekeeping, laundry, meal service, and engaging with residents, while learning personal care and nursing assistant duties under supervision. A pathway to CNA certification is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and making/changing unoccupied beds.
• Assists with meal service including transportation to dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring a good dining experience.
• Provides great customer service, companionship, and communication with residents by answering call lights and engaging in activities.
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
• Attends and participates in a training program leading to CNA certification.
