Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Vermilion, OH is seeking a Resident Care Associate (RCA) to provide general non-certified routine services and support residents under supervision. This role is designed for individuals interested in training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.), with emphasis on compassion, reliability, and teamwork.

Key duties include assisting with meals, housekeeping, personal care under state guidelines, and participating in training to obtain CNA certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and making/changing unoccupied beds.
• Assists with all aspects of meal service including transport to dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring a great dining experience.
• Provides excellent customer service, companionship, and communication with residents by answering call lights promptly and assisting with engagement in activities.
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
• Attends and participates in a training program leading to certification as a Nursing Assistant (C.N.A).
