Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Lexington, KY is seeking a Resident Care Associate (RCA) to perform non-certified routine tasks and support residents in daily living. This role offers a pathway to CNA certification and hands-on training within a caring, team-focused environment.

You will assist with meal service, housekeeping, resident engagement, and personal care under supervision, gaining experience toward CNA credentials while contributing to resident well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and making/changing unoccupied beds.
• Assists with all aspects of meal service including transportation to dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring a great dining experience.
• Provides excellent customer service, companionship, and communication with residents by answering call lights promptly and checking in with residents.
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
• Attends and participates in a training program leading to CNA certification (C.N.A).
