Job summary

The Residents Care Associate (RCA) at Trilogy Health Services is designed for candidates seeking to pursue training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A). The role supports residents with non-certified routine services and participates in a CNA-training program under supervision at The Meadows of Leipsic.

Key duties include assisting with housekeeping, dining services, resident engagement, and personal care per state guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and making/changing unoccupied beds.
• Assists with all aspects of meal service including transportation to dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring a good dining experience.
• Provides great customer service, companionship, and communication with residents by answering call lights promptly, checking in with residents, and helping with activities.
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
• Attends and participates in a training program leading to certification as a Nursing Assistant (C.N.A).
