Senior Living Residences is seeking a Resident Care Associate (LNA, CNA, HHA) in Meredith, NH to provide direct care to senior residents in a safe, home-like environment. We offer varied shifts and a welcoming team culture, with strong DEI initiatives and professional development opportunities.

Pay starts at $20–$21 per hour based on experience, with full-time and part-time options across morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts. Training is available if not currently licensed.

Qualifications

• Certification in CNA/LNA/CHHA preferred; training available for non-licensed candidates.

Responsibilities

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care.
• Join or lead activities with residents.
• Track care and tasks using electronic health records.
• Assist housekeeping with light housekeeping duties.
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services.
• Collaborate across departments to foster cooperation and respect.
