Job summary

Senior Living Residences in Meredith, NH is hiring Resident Care Associates (LNA, CNA, HHA) to support our senior residents. The role offers 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, and 10:00 PM–6:00 AM shifts with various full-time/part-time options, across multiple weekends.

Pay starts at $20–$21 per hour based on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, and a pre-tax retirement plan with company match.

Qualifications

• CNA, LNA, or CHHA certification preferred; training offered for non-licensed individuals.
• Ability to provide direct personal care to seniors.
• Strong communication with residents and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care.
• Join or lead activities with residents.
• Track care and tasks using the electronic health record system.
