  • Ability to lift and assist residents as required.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Provide mobility assistance and support to residents as needed.
  • Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
  • Support residents during meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
  • Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
  • Follow care plans and adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with nursing staff, therapists, and other team members.
