Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Findlay, OH, is seeking a Resident Care Associate (RCA). This role provides general non-certified routine services and supports training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and bed making.
• Assists with all aspects of meal service including transportation to dining room, tray delivery, and dining experience.
• Provides great customer service, companionship, and communication with residents by answering call lights and engaging in activities.
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
• Attends and participates in a training program leading to CNA certification.
