Arcadia Care seeks a compassionate Resident Assistant to deliver nursing and personal care under the supervision of the Wellness Director. You will assist residents with daily activities, monitor health, and report changes while safeguarding safety and privacy.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work independently.
• Free from communicable diseases/TB.
• Proof of CPR certification or willingness to obtain prior to working independently.
• Ability to make independent decisions when needed.
• Ability to interact tactfully with residents, families, staff, and the public.
• Willingness to work harmoniously with all personnel.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper use of supplies and equipment.

Aufgaben

• Provide bathing, dressing, grooming, and restorative nursing as assigned.
• Report changes in resident conditions and needs.
• Be responsible for the well‑being and nursing care of residents on duty.
• Keep resident living areas clean and tidy.
• Ensure work areas are safe and properly stored.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Follow individual Service Plans and facility policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
