Arcadia Care is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide nursing and personal care to residents under the supervision of the Wellness Director. The role emphasizes safeguarding residents’ health and welfare in accordance with facility policies and regulations.

Essential duties include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, documenting condition changes, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. CPR certification is required or must be obtained before working independently.

Formación

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to work independently.
• Free from communicable diseases/TB.
• Must have CPR certification or be willing to obtain prior to working independently.
• Ability to make independent decisions when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing and personal care under supervision.
• Report and record changes in residents’ conditions.
• Keep residents’ areas clean and tidy.
• Ensure work areas are clean and hazard-free.
• Follow facility policies and individual Service Plans.
