Description

Lyngblomsten is looking for a Part-Time Resident Assistant to join our fabulous Lino Lakes team. They will be responsible for providing care and assistance to residents in their apartments.

The posted pay range of this hourly position is $17.75 to $23.62 The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.

Requirements

• 1.Able to relate positively, effectively and respectfully to residents, families, community members, volunteers and other facility staff.
• 2.Able to read, write, speak and understand English.
