Experience: 1 year of CNA experience preferred
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Current State of Connecticut CNA certificate; CPR Certification preferred. Valid CT Driver's License
Read, write and speak English. Ability to interact with all types of individuals; Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet individual resident care needs; Ability to read resident care plans, document resident condition and enter data onto appropriate logs/forms or enter information into computer database
Provides care and services that demonstrate behaviors and the principles of person-centered care including affording people dignity, respect and compassion, offering coordinated care, support and treatment and care that is personalized.
