Job summary

Esplanade Gardens in Converse, TX is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide compassionate care to our residents in an assisted living community. FT or PT shifts available, with two scheduling options: 2:00p–10:00p or 10:00p–6:00a; weekend and holiday rotation required.

You will perform resident-centered tasks, assist with personal cares, meds, and mobility, and contribute to a supportive team that values dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one-year experience in assisted living or related health care field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions required.
• CNA license preferred.
