Euclid Beach Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking an Activity Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be devoted and compassionate about their chosen career and experienced with dementia care.

The role involves creating and facilitating engaging activities for residents. Responsibilities include leading activity groups, one-to-one interactions, assisting with planning, escorting residents, and presenting a positive image of the facility to residents, staff, and the public.

Qualifications

• Experience with dementia preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts and assists with activity assignments and groups.
• Provides one-to-one activities addressing resident needs.
• Assists with planning and input on activities.
• Escorts residents to and from activities.
• Projects a positive image of the facility to residents, staff, and the public.
