Qualifications

• English reading, writing, and speaking ability required.
• Certification by state approved program, if required.
• Be in good physical health and able to lift 40 pounds.
• Experience in Assisted Living preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and services to residents and assist wellness department staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, hygiene).
• Observe changes in residents' condition and report to supervisor.
• Maintain safety and infection control procedures; follow safety rules.
• Document services on company forms; operate basic equipment.
• Escort residents and coordinate internal transportation.
