Job summary

All American Assisted Living at Warwick is seeking caring CNAs to provide personal care and daily living assistance to residents in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, meal support, and companionship, while following individualized care plans and safety procedures. Prior assisted living or healthcare experience is a plus, and RI CNA licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, dependable approach to resident care.
• Strong observation and interpersonal skills for effective communication.
• Ability to follow care plans and safety procedures.
• Licensed Rhode Island CNA required and active.

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful personal care to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Provide meal assistance and resident companionship.
• Follow service plans and document services accurately.
• Report changes to nurse or supervisor promptly.
• Promote resident independence and dignity.
• Maintain clean, safe living areas and assist with light housekeeping.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition or mood.
