Job summary

Galerie Management in Atlanta, GA seeks a Resident Assistant/CNA to provide warm, engaging personal care services to residents within the community. You will assist with daily living activities and help create a safe, comfortable environment.

Responsibilities include following care plans, monitoring changes, participating in life enrichment activities, and maintaining cleanliness. CNA license is preferred but not required; 18+ required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Active CNA license is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written or verbal instructions and read care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living as directed by care plans.
• Monitor changes in residents’ status and document observations.
• Assist in development and updating of Resident Care Plans.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities.
• Assist with laundry and light housekeeping.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and attractive environment.
• Attend in-service training and comply with regulations and Galerie Management’s policies.
