Job summary

Galerie Management is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to provide warm, person-centered care to residents in our Douglasville community. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health status, and support care planning under the supervision of the Wellness Director.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with activities of daily living as per service plans.
• Monitors changes in residents’ status and documents observations.
• Assists in developing and updating Resident Care Plans.
• Encourages participation in life enrichment activities.
• Assists with laundry and light housekeeping as directed.
• Ensures a safe, clean, and attractive environment; follows policies.
