Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem Positions Available

Rate:

  • Starting rates from $21/hour
  • $4 shift differential on all overnights nights and weekends
  • $5 shift differential on Friday nights

Location: Portsmouth, NH - WSL is located steps from Portsmouth's Market Square and Prescott Park, behind the Strawbery Banke Museum

As a Resident Care Assistant, you will:

  • Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth and positivity when working with fellow team members and senior residents.
  • Take direction from the Nurse Supervisor on delegated workflow related to personal nursing care functions, resident nutrition, resident mobility and incontinence care, etc.
  • Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel as well as other work teams to ensure that nursing services can be adequately maintained to meet resident needs.
  • Participate in required annual training programs.

Baylor Bonus Program- If you work Sat ANDSun, you'll receive an extra 10 hours of pay. If you work Sat OR Sun, you'll receive 4 hours of extra pay.

Experience:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a senior service setting is preferred

Requirements for the Resident Care Assistant (RA) Role:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in customer service
