Pasadena Villa Senior Living is hiring a Resident Care Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and to follow individualized care plans in a respectful, safe environment.

You will work with the care team to promote residents' wellbeing, dignity, and comfort while delivering person-centered care aligned with the facility’s mission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to care for cognitively impaired residents.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, terminology, and regulations related to long-term care.

Responsibilities

Salary Range: $18.00-$18.50 per hour

Shift: Full Time is weekdays with rotating weekends. Part Time positions available.

If Yes, How You Will Contribute To The Team

As a Resident Care Assistant, you will provide routine assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in accordance with each resident’s personalized service plan and behavior plan. Your role is to ensure that the needs of the residents are met with the highest degree of dignity, respect, and care, while fostering an environment of compassion and safety. You will work closely with the care team to support the physical and emotional well-being of the residents.

Must Have

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work with and care for cognitively impaired residents.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, and regulations related to long-term care.

Nice To Have

• Experience as a caregiver providing direct care to multiple residents.
• Experience in an assisted living environment and with behavioral support.
