Qualifications

• Prior healthcare experience desirable.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with routine services per the care plan.
• Assist with admissions, discharges and transfers as assigned.
• Report resident changes to the Charge Nurse promptly.
• Report observations of abuse immediately per policy.
• Notify Charge Nurse when supplies need restocking.
• Follow safety, sanitation and infection control practices.
