Job summary

The Bristal Assisted Living in Lynbrook, NY is seeking a compassionate Resident Services Aide to provide hands-on care and support to residents, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring safety and comfort. This full-time role runs Tuesday to Saturday from 7:00am to 3:00pm, on-site at our Lynbrook community.

You will escort residents to meals and activities, support their physical, emotional, and psycho-social wellbeing, and follow established procedures under supervision.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification is required.
• English fluency in reading and speaking is required.
• Experience with geriatric population and dementia care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Escort residents to meals and recreational activities.
