• Must have completed an approved personal care aide program per state regulations.
• Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.
• Be a contributing member of the nursing team and follow supervisor instructions.
• Polite and respectful to residents, visitors, and co-workers.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping tasks as directed (beds, apartments, common areas).
• Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance or alerts.
• Help plan and conduct resident activity programs.
