Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in Moon Township, PA is seeking a Resident Assistant/PCA to provide quality care and assist residents with daily living activities. You will report incidents, support activities, and maintain confidentiality while delivering compassionate care.

The role requires working with residents, families, and staff, with a focus on safety, dignity, and respect. Training opportunities and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of approved personal care aide program per state regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Ability to work with all levels of personnel and follow instructions.
• Must be CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain certification within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Report incidents and care concerns to RN/LPN or supervisor.
• Perform housekeeping duties in resident areas as directed.
• Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance or emergencies.
• Plan and participate in resident activity programs.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
