Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide required.
• Experience assisting residents with Alzheimer's/dementia is a plus.
• Must be able to speak and read English.
• Geriatric population experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Escort residents to meals and recreational activities.
• Support residents in achieving their highest well-being and comfort.
• Follow all policies and report to the Nurse Shift Supervisor and Director of Wellness.
