Job description

Join to apply for the Resident Care Aide role at Peregrine Senior Living.

Schedule: Full Time & Part Time

  • Full Time: Tuesday-Saturday 2pm - 10pm or 10pm - 6am
  • Part Time: Sunday-Monday 2pm - 10pm or 10pm - 6am

Salary: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour, based on experience. Shift differentials available for evening and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist memory-impaired residents with bathing, grooming, dressing while maintaining dignity and promoting independence.
  2. Ensure compliance with residents' rights regulations.
  3. Maintain and document care records.
  4. Report changes in residents' conditions immediately.
  5. Encourage participation in community activities.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or GED preferred.
  2. Certification such as CNA, HHA, or PCA preferred or legally required.
  3. One year of caregiving experience preferred.
  4. Compassion and desire to work with the elderly required.
