Job summary

Wesley Woods Senior Living in Augusta, GA seeks a Resident Services Associate to provide direct care in a retirement community under supervision. The role includes daily living activities, meals delivery, light housekeeping, and supportive communication with residents and families.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; ability to read and follow instructions in English; CPR/First Aid may be required; prior retirement community experience preferred; ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• The ability to read, write and follow written/oral instructions in English.
• Experience in a retirement community preferred.
• Current CPR and/or First Aid will be required.
• Ability to lift up to fifty pounds, bend, stoop, and twist; stand and walk 90% of working hours.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with activities of daily living including bathing and dressing.
• Remains alert to residents' safety and follows care plans.
• Prepares and delivers meals and assists dining staff as needed.
• Provides housekeeping tasks and maintains resident rooms and common areas.
