Job summary

Viva Benefits is a network delivering affordable housing benefits and resident resources across Houston area communities. The Community Success Manager will serve as an on-site point of contact for 200+ families, coordinating access to healthcare, financial wellness, tutoring, and other services.

The role is a part-time contractor position requiring 10–20 hours per week with travel to partner communities. Compensation ranges from $20 to $35 per hour, with mileage reimbursement for travel between

Qualifications

• Intellectually curious generalist with a passion for helping families.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, not required.
• Experience delivering benefits to diverse families in urban settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard with Viva and learn mission, values, and resident benefits.
• Build relationships with property management and residents in multiple communities.
• Engage residents in person, during day hours and some evenings/weekends.
• Conduct door-to-door outreach and educate residents about Viva Benefits and resources.
• Track resident engagement and collaborate with the team to move residents toward accessed benefits.
• Attend weekly all-hands and team meetings; participate in onboarding and training.
• Represent Viva in a professional, reliable manner and support partner goals.
