Modern Family Law in Fort Collins, CO, seeks rising 3Ls or recent graduates for the MFL Academy Residency Program in our Colorado offices (Denver, Colorado Springs, or Fort Collins). The role is hybrid, with Colorado Bar requirement and residency within commuting distance.
After bar, residency participants join MFL for training in family law and courtroom advocacy, with mentorship from Learning & Development and legal teams to transition to an associate attorney upon passing the Bar.
Modern Family Law?(MFL),?a rapidly expanding national law?firm specializing in Family Law, is seeking 3Ls?and recent graduates?sitting for the?February 2027?Bar exam?or the July 2027 Bar exam to?participate?in?MFL Academy?s Residency?Program?in one of our Colorado offices (Denver, Colorado Springs, or Fort Collins).??This?role is hybrid, but you must sit for the Colorado Bar (no UBE score transfer), and plan to?reside within a reasonable commute to the office location. Residency?Program Details: After sitting for the Bar exam,?Residency participants?will?join MFL?to?receive training in?substantive family law and courtroom advocacy.?Residents will receive?mentorship from?the MFL?Learning & Development?department?and legal?teams,?helping?them?successfully?transition to an?MFL?Associate Attorney?position?upon?passing the?Bar.

This range is a reasonably reliable estimate of the salary that this individual is expected to receive. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
