Job summary

The Pavilion of East Tampa is seeking a Resident Associate to provide direct support to residents with daily living activities in an assisted living setting. You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meal service, and daily routines while promoting dignity and safety.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and experience in caregiving or senior services, with strong communication and a commitment to resident confidentiality and well-being.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
