Alto Grayslake is hiring Resident Assistants for Full-Time and Part-Time roles in our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods. You’ll provide hands-on care, assist with daily living activities, and build meaningful bonds with residents and their families.

This role supports a safe, welcoming environment across multiple shifts. The ideal candidate has a CNA certification or is willing to obtain one, plus 1 year of healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred; Illinois guidelines may require CNA per state.
• 1 year of healthcare experience preferred (AL, Memory Care, LTC, Rehab, or Home Health).
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Dependable, compassionate, and a strong team player.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Assist with daily living activities — bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and more.
• Build relationships with residents and families; monitor well-being and communicate changes to the care team.
• Support a safe, clean, and welcoming environment during each shift.
