Job summary

SENHS, a division of Community Partners, is seeking a Residential Assistant to support individuals in recovery goals within Strafford County. Responsibilities include enforcing house rules, administering medications, and conducting random room searches and drug screens per state regulations.

The role is full-time, with 2nd and 3rd shifts available. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and CRSW certification (mandatory or obtainable within one year).

Qualifications

  • CRSW certification is mandatory or willingness to obtain within one year.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to use provided technology to perform duties.
  • Must exercise independent judgment within standard practice.

Responsibilities

  • Enforce house rules and ensure safety within the program.
  • Administer medications in accordance with state regulations.
  • Perform random room searches and drug screens per policy.

The Role:

The Residential Assistant will providesupport to individuals in the program meet their recovery goals. The RA will beresponsible for enforcement of house rules, administer medications, completerandom room searches, and drug screens in compliance with state regulations.Full-time, part- time positions available. (2nd and 3rd shift needed.)

What we’re looking for:
  • HighSchool Diploma or G.E.D.
  • CertifiedRecovery Support Worker (CRSW) certification mandatory or willingness toobtain in one year.
  • Excellentoral and written communication skills.
  • Abilityto utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job.
  • Mustbe able to exercise independent judgment and use discretion in theperformance of job duties while operating within the limits of standardpractice.
  • Peoplein recovery welcome to apply- (one year sobriety mandatory).
