Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and mobility at Landon Ridge Alamo Ranch Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will observe residents, report changes, assist dining, and help maintain dignity and independence while upholding Sagora's core values of commitment, empowerment, excellence, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and associates.
• CNA certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Aid in daily tasks such as personal hygiene, housekeeping, and transportation.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition.
• Conduct rounds to monitor hazards or incidents.
• Assist in dining and meal service.
