Sagora Senior Living, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, personal care, mobility, and dignity in a welcoming community environment.

Join a team that emphasizes resident-first care, teamwork, and ongoing opportunities for growth within Sagora’s senior living communities. This role is full-time and on-site at one of our Landon Ridge Alamo Ranch or related communities in the San Antonio area.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• CNA certification is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff in English.

Responsibilities

• Care for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including wardrobe, personal hygiene, and mobility.
• Assist in housekeeping, transportation, laundry, and dining tasks.
• Observe changes in residents' condition and report them to the team.
• Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents.
• Assist in dining including escorting residents and post-meal cleanup.

What does a Resident Assistant at Sagora do?

• Caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of our residents
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including wardrobe, personal hygiene, and mobility
