LindenGrove Mukwonago, an Illuminus Community, is hiring a Resident Assistant (RA) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care across our assisted living and memory care settings. You will document care, communicate with residents and families, and support nursing staff while following safety and confidentiality protocols.

This role offers varied full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts, including weekend rotations, with pay of $18.25–$19.50 per hour based on experience.

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Be current on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.

LindenGrove Mukwonago, an Illuminus Community, is hiring for a Resident Assistant (RA). We offer assisted living, memory support, and short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled care on a beautiful campus. We are passionate about offering holistic, transformative care and helping those in need rediscover their light within.

Position Details

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with a variety of scheduling options. Shift availability may vary based on the needs of the community.

This position may include 8-hour shift times, including a weekend rotation.

Pay

$18.25-19.50 per hour, dependent upon experience
